Refund policy

At Lambee Organics, we take pride in delivering quality organic products. Once an order is confirmed, we generally do not accept return or refund requests. However, in the following cases, we are committed to working with our patrons to find a fair solution:

1. Damaged Product:

• If you receive a damaged product, we will be happy to resend and replace it.
  
• Please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date by emailing us at EMAIL
  
• In your email, include:
  
  • Order number
    
  • A clear image of the invoice
    
  • A picture of the outer box
    
  • Two clear images of the damaged product
    
  • An unboxing video of the damaged product.
    
• For orders with multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  
• We will dispatch the replacement within 7-10 days and work closely with you to ensure a smooth resolution.
  
• We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
  

2. Missing Product:

• If a product is missing from your order, notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing EMAIL
• Please include:
  
  • Order number
    
  • A clear image of the invoice
    
  • A picture of the outer box
    
  • Two clear images of the opened box and the items received
    
  • An unboxing video.
    
• While we cannot process refund requests, we will promptly resend the missing product.
  
• Your email will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided.
  

3. Spoiled Product:

• If you receive a spoiled product, notify us within 2 days of delivery via email at EMAIL.
  
• Please provide:
  
  • Order number
    
  • Date of manufacture/packaging
    
  • Clear images or video of the product.
    
• We do not accept returns based on variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are 100% natural and handcrafted. Variations between batches are natural.
  
• We will thoroughly investigate and, if appropriate, replace the product.
  
• Your email will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and we will ensure a fair and amicable solution.
